24 hour cancellation/edit/change order policy

You must cancel, edit or change your order within 24 hours of your purchase otherwise it is denied. No exceptions. After 24 hours your item(s) will already be in production and cannot be recalled from production and will be sent to you.

Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible to pay shipping to return the item(s). We don’t do chargebacks so you will also be responsible for shipping costs on your original order.

In the case of a broken or flawed item see below. 

To be eligible for a return, please send a picture of the item in it’s original condition. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are two options for return processing.

1. Early processing: Take a picture of your return label and shipping receipt showing your payment to send back your refused item to expedite your exchange or refund. Receipts must have the date clearly visible in photo. Return label must have the correct return address visible in photo. All returns need to include a picture of original proof of purchase. 

2. All other returns:  Once the original product is received back at the address given to you to send then a refund or an exchange can be initiated on our end. All returns need to include a picture of original proof of purchase. 

There are exchanges only for goods of an equal or greater value. 

We don’t do credits to purchase something at a later date.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:

- downloaded music
- downloaded chord or number charts

Broken or flawed items

In the case of a broken or flawed item(s).

- You will keep the item and we will send a replacement free of charge

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
